Job Description

  • To provide support to the Chairman in delivering MLC overall strategic objectives.
  • To work closely with the Chairman and Senior Leadership Team through regular correspondence, arrange meetings and prepare briefing materials for the Chairman.
  • To provide administrative support in the delivery of assignments and initiatives on behalf of the Chairman as and when required.
  • To ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
  • To coordinate departmental reports and documentation for the Board of Trustees meetings and other meetings with outside partners.
  • To conduct research/ analysis as directed by the Chairman.
  • To follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of the Chairman.
  • To provide administrative support to the Chairman in the follow up and completion of departmental work plans.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings as well as conference calls.
  • Manage calendar for Chairman, President and Managing Director of Advisor Relations.
  • Assist in the generation of meeting preparation including agendas, presentations, materials, meeting set-up and effectively use technology to ensure meeting participation.
  • Coordinate across departments to execute tasks.
  • Complete various ad-hoc tasks and research projects under tight deadlines.
  • Other duties will be assigned as needed.

Job Requirement

  • Prioritize: Europe Europe, Philippines and Singapore
  • Experience: 1-3 years previous corporate administrative experience supporting multiple executive and senior leaders.
  • Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Professionalism in all interactions.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills while being flexible and adaptable.
  • Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills a must.
  • The ability to multi-task, follow-up, follow through to completion and track task progression.
